We cover all of Melbourne Metro and surrounding suburbs as standard. We also service Geelong and select regional Victoria areas including Ballarat and Bendigo on request. For regional callouts outside our standard service area call us to discuss — we’ll always try to help where possible.
Is your response time the same across all Melbourne areas?
We aim for a 30-60 minute response time across all Melbourne Metro areas. Response times in outer suburbs or regional areas may be slightly longer but we dispatch immediately upon every call. We’ll give you an honest estimated arrival time when you call.
Do you charge extra for outer suburb callouts?
Our fixed all-inclusive pricing covers the service regardless of your location within our standard Melbourne Metro service area. For callouts to regional areas outside Melbourne Metro we’ll advise of any additional charges during the quoting process. No payment is taken until the job is 100% complete.
